Nowadays, there are so many programs out there. Believe me, libraries have computers. A person does need need to have one to go with this option. If they cannot afford to live on their own, then they can move in with another family. The problem is that they need to sacrifice to get somewhere and that is a strange concept, not only to the poor, but to 90 percent of us these days.
